Rust and Energy Consumption

I came across a paper a while back on Energy Efficiency across Programming Languages(https://greenlab.di.uminho.pt/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/paperSLE.pdf) that puts Rust in a good position. It’s an interesting perspective, to be aware of energy consumption of the things we build, specially now that the climate change affects us in our everyday lives. Learning Rust

So far, I’ve been trying to learn rust through these resources:

I read some of the official book https://doc.rust-lang.org/book/, then I tried to do something, discovered that I know nothing and came back later 😂

I also bought the book Rust in Action, which I found it easier to understand some concepts.
